Car wash

The wash is in serious disrepair and not at all managed or maintained. THERE IS NO CAR WASH SOAP! Trash is piled up and remains for multiple days. It appears this may be owned by Dessau fountain estates llc which I think is the same as who owns the manufactured home community directly adjacent, you would think their maintenance would maintain and clean the car wash, or at minimum refill the soap.

Issues I've encountered: 1. Some vacuums are non-functional and do not return the coins inserted. 2. The dollar-changing station occasionally dispenses only three quarters instead of four, and once provided a laundry facility coin that cannot be used in the machines. 3. There is no on-site contact or accessible way to reach someone for assistance when problems occur. 4. Avoid using the card payment option! It ends up charging significantly more compared to using quarters. If you’re looking for a basic self-service car wash, it gets the job done. Most of the bays function properly and provide good water pressure.

The wash itself is good. They actually have functioning facilities. The issue I have is that I used a debit card. It has no specific posted price for debit but I swiped and it started about six minutes of time. At the end, I let the time run out and it said on the screen that $4 was charged to my card. My bank statement says $10 was charged.

Nothing works don't waste your time. Tried this car wash two separate times 3 years apart and yes same issue. The bill changer shorted me so I’ve lost money with not even having a way to get in contact with the company. If I could give negative stars I would.

I use to come here often but when I came this time it was horrible. The place was full of trash and dirty. It also use to be $1.25 to start the wash machine but now it's $2.00 but the sign still says $1.25. and when I put another quarter in the machine for more time it only gives you 25 more seconds it use to give me 45 more seconds. At the end I ended up spending $5.00 on the wash. That's the most I ever spent at a car wash. I will not recommend coming here. That was the last time they will get my business.
