Car Wash World

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. The facility is rundown, and it seems the owner is unable to manage repairs or replacements effectively. I wouldn't recommend getting your car washed here, as it doesn't meet basic standards of service. Honestly, I hope that this gas station and its car wash can be improved or even closed down if things don’t change.

Ive been going here for a few years now. And I told the girl working on 1/3/2025 twice I wanted 10.00 car wash. Checked bank and 15.00 was took off. Won't be going back. Not good business.

$18 wash, $2 tip. Employees don’t brush cars and only spray it seems. Still stuff on my hood and windshield and every panel of my car. They weren’t busy, so there was no need to rush. Thought maybe a $2 tip would get me a good job done, I guess not. Used to work at a wash, it takes more than 20 seconds prep the car to go through the wash. Waste of money.

This was the first wash for my recently purchased vehicle, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst car wash in town. The attendants seemed more focused on horsing around than doing their job—they only sprayed off one side of the vehicle and even knocked over a metal stand, which came uncomfortably close to my car. After going through the wash and returning home, I started wiping the vehicle down and discovered a deep scratches on the rear hatchback, all the way to the primer. This damage was absolutely not there when I bought and inspected the car. On top of that, both the front and rear of the vehicle were still dirty. The entire experience felt careless and unprofessional. I definitely won’t be returning.

THE BEST! Livingston County has plenty of car washes to choose from but this is our favorite and why we have the top tier package. All our vehicles look amazing after every wash and the crew is just awesome! Won't go anywhere else.
