The guys at CarX are great to work with. They kept me informed and brought things to my attention that I would have never known otherwise. Having someone you can trust work on your vehicle is valuable!

We have used these guys for years. It is hard to put into words the confidence I have knowing that the guys working on my vehicle are taking care of my needs and at reasonable cost. The only way to get better service would be if you had family taking care of you. I have and will continue to recommend these guys for all your service needs, they should get 6 stars

Great job with an oil change. I don't make time for them but received a text last week just "checking in". I made an appt through text and they were ready for me when I got there. My car was taken straight in. I had brought lunch with me and I ate while they did the work. I had just finished my meal and just about 10mins at most later, my car was ready!! The mechanic was very kind and nice. He did not make me feel bad I was so overdue but also made sure I understood the risks of not staying on top of it. Also pointed out my tires were bad. I appreciated he didn't hold back but also he did it in a kind non-judgmental way.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. went in for a alignment, just needing the toe set, after waiting an hour, I asked for a print out of the alignment work, Evan told me they don’t have it, but will show me the computer. Took me back, then got mad and irate because I asked for it to be printed. He then got in my face, told me to get out of his store, said this is the second time I caused them problems! And that I gave them a bad review. This was my first time there. He told me they don’t have to give me anything, to pay and leave! Evan treated me wrong because he thought I was another person. I started filming once he was acting out of control. I paid $129 so I can leave, my steering wheel is crooked. I am currently getting ahold of their corporate office to file a complaint. Everyone was excellent. They took there time to diagnose my car completely and correct. As I had multiple assumptions without being driven or examined just by my own information on how I felt it was driving which angered me about other body shops I had went to they fixed stuff that clearly wasn’t the issue. Cause I still had the same problem until I took it to Car x on linton
