Don't purchase a car here!! They knowingly sold my daughter a 2018 Honda Sport & the head gasket was leaking. My daughter also purchased the service plus warranty & GAP Insurance but it was voided because the dealership checks bounced. So they basically stole $3,000 from her as well. A complaint has been filed with the MVA & MD Attorney General office for consumer affairs.

This is a car wash service, exterior and interior cleaning review. Several different options and services available. I found ticks in my car and this location was the only one open! Not only did he vacuum the car like I asked but he got the food stains out of the back seat! He cleaned my car like it was his own car! Normally, the cleaning crew does windows, WIPE DOWNS, and vacuums inside. The car was so clean that I thought it was brand new again. I will definitely be using his services again. Car Yes is extremely affordable. Go check them out! I promise you will be satisfied!

The car buying experience was great. Daphney was able to get me into a car in a few hours. The car was spotless and seemed great until 2 months later the car began to run horrible I called car yes they told me I had a warranty. The rear main seal was broken and had to be replaced well there was a warranty but I had to pay $1,642.32 out of pocket. Now 11 months after purchase the timing has went up. Not just a simple fix this is going to cost another $2,400 out of pocket. Every certified mechanic that has looked at tge problems with this vehicle says they were problems that the dealer should have notice but gave them a temporary fix. So needless to say I’ll be driving my equinox to bob bell tomorrow morning and pray they will trade this in towards something that won’t break down.

From the moment u walk in the door your greeted in a way that makes u feel comfortable and the experience from then until u leave with a vehicle u are treated as a person not just a sale. The owner, older guy is super funny VERY GOOD GUY great ppl person and Ronald (my apologies if i may have his name wrong) is the man who gets it DONE 100%. I will buy my nxt car here n I'd advise anyone looking for a car n dealing wit the hassles and false advertising SKIP all those places and go straight to CAR YES they will do their absolute best to get u n a good reliable car. My best experience thus far and as far as credit situations let THEM worry about that. Hope i helped someone ☺

1st deal went though went back to finish the deal the finance Maneger said sales manger left and stole my documents than the finance manger redid my paperwork I was approve sale was done than 30 days later that wanted the car back and Salesman Jullia she called lied said I need to see the dashboard I got there manger told me leave the car they fraud and all working together bad deal and service they came and stole the car back as a repo all fraud customer protection on this situation you gotta be very careful with dealers and they are lairs something terrible I wouldn’t advise nobody to buy a car I set in the office they told a customer Julie under sold the truck and he had to give 1400 more to keep his car bad business all the way around fraud everything this dealer is and had a man call
