Carbon City Body Shop Inc.

Carbon City Body Shop EXCEEDED my expectations. I am particular, very detail oriented and when it comes to my cars, especially my prized Landcruiser, I went through a long list of shops before giving the work to Dustin and Team. I toured the shop, saw the high end cars that he was working on, he showed me his paint analyzer, talked with pride about the years of experience his painter had....and it was obvious that he appreciated my truck, my desires and my expectations. My appointment date was made and kept and several days in, Dustin sent me photos of the progress. He did not have to do that, but it says a lot about his interest in keeping a schedule and keeping the customer happy and informed. He also painted back ground areas (behind the grill) that were not part of the repair.... becau

I could not be more pleased with the service I received. Dustin and his crew were well organized, cordial and straight forward. They provided guidance in working with the auto insurance industry and they did really high quality work. My prayers are that they are able to continue their service for years to come. A bright spot in the Morganton area.

When it comes to my vehicles I want them to be perfect. Our cars are always detailed to perfection. I will not settle unless its perfect. Our car car hit and we took it to Dustin and could not be more pleased with the repairs. So impressed with them, I hope we never have to use them again just because we don't want another accident but if we do that's were we will take. Thanks Dustin!!!!

Had a dent that kept my drivers' side door from opening more than 1ft, meaning I had to squeeze in and out each time. Took it to a bigger shop, where they gave me a rough estimate and told me to come back in a week for a better estimate. Headed over to Carbon City for a second opinion. They looked at it for a sec, fixed the dent enough to where the door works fine again in less than two minutes, then gave me options for the repair ranging from leaving it as is (no charge) to making it like new (slightly cheaper than the big place). Since this is a utility vehicle I chose to leave it as is and drove home happy.

Doug, the owner is as honest as the day is long. Please do everything you can to support this long time local business. He only charged me a very small amount to fix the rear passenger door on my Tacoma. A larger shop or a dealership may have charged 10 times more. Thank you for your help sir.
