Took truck in for alignment and diff fluid and xfer case fluid changes. Folks here were very informative and easy to work with and talk to. Prices were reasonable and service was great. Took time to explain what they found, including pictures and notion to keep an eye on certain things. Overall great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use carbon valley in the future.

Honest, and reliable, great service, they stand behind their work. It took me 12 years to find a honest, experienced mechanic I can rely on every time . I am a real person, not friend-family or paid for my comments. If you want a honest, reliable mechanic work done you found the right shop. If your looking for the cheapest fix, and like paying for it twice because it wasn’t done right go somewhere else.

The team at Carbon Valley Garage was so thorough, knowledgeable, quick, and kind. I felt informed every step of the way!! I love how they document the work/repairs needed on your vehicle with photos and videos and then include that electronically with a quote breakdown. It was very efficient. I really appreciated how the team worked with me use a loaner car while they made repairs, it was an unexpected benefit that made a difference in determining when I could leave my car with them for the repair work.

Brought my wife’s car in with a check engine light on. They ran a full vehicle diagnostic (spark plugs) and sent me the results later that same day. Their online system was super user-friendly, I was able to customize the approval for what work I wanted done and not done. They had the vehicle repaired by midday the following day, great staff and easy to talk to! Will be coming back and recommending to friends/family!
