Delivered a truck following a route of approximately 1,200 miles from Amarillo, TX. This review addresses a serious payment dispute following the successful delivery of a truck in August 2025. As the carrier who physically delivered the vehicle, I am being refused payment by the engaged freight broker. Upon discovering this issue, I immediately contacted the relevant entity Carco,and spoke directly with Matt and June, detailing the situation and confirming the successful delivery. I requested that Carco, as the shipper/receiver, directly remit payment to me for the completed 1,200-mile service, rather than paying the non-performing broker. I wish I would have read all the reviews before doing business with CarCo! I bought a dump truck from Jeff who said it runs great and was never damaged. Total lie. I got it home and it wouldn’t run good enough to unload it. I took it to my local truck shop to find out the engine was junk. Called Jeff and had the same problem other people did. Talking to others while on the phone with me. Randomly hanging up. Ignoring my calls. I wasted about half the money of the repairs on lawyer fees and I still have a truck that doesn’t run. Never do business with this horrible company!

Jeff and his crew literally rescued us on Mother's Day.... when our airstream interstate GT died on the roadway outside St. Cloud. Jeff quickly responded with a tow despite the holiday and brought us to his amazing shop! The place is wonderful to see especially when u find yourself down and out on a road trip from Alaska. Tim, Jake and June-Marie took the greatest care of our vehicle and us. They immediately set us up with some wheels so we could get by and enjoy the area while they got to work in the shop first thing the next morning. Huge thanks for the care and hard work that was needed to get us back on the road so quickly!!! Our trip to St. Cloud became an extended stay that we will fondly remember because of you and the business you have built there.
