Cardinal Wash

4-11-24 6:45pm $12 from our wash card. Machine was out of one of the cleaning chemicals as the Machine went around our car, but nothing came out to wash it. did not get windshield or front of car clean. Denise Jago

Disappointing. This car wash had been very good in the past and we used nearly every time we visited Clarinda. This last time, we used the west bay and something malfunctioned and soap only dripped out on the drivers side of the car. No big deal I thought. I'll just go around to another bay and pay for another wash, which I did. I called the number listed for trouble and left a message along with my phone number. I expected someone to return my call and offer a refund on the 1st wash or a complimentary wash in the future, but I've never received a call back. It's been a month now and I'm guessing I won't get that call to make it right. Disappointing this is how a business owner operates.

The owner is posting videos online calling people an idiot for not cleaning their trucks before coming there to clean their truck. Read that again because I didn't mess up. The owner doesn't want his bays getting dirty. Lol.

Apparently credit or debit is the only working payment method. I tried using cash and could only put $10 and it would take my other two 1$ bills. So I pressed refund bit it only refunded me $5 instead of the $10 i put in. Please fix this, I lost $5 because of this and to me it's a big deal because I lost money to a machine that doesnt work properly. Also the front end of my car is still dirty right after the wash and I used cocky cardinal which is $12 and i have to get out and dry my car right after my wash because it didnt dry it off good enough. Especially since I have to dry off my sunroof and my sensors which is a pain. I basically have to dry my whole car myself when the wash should do it for me and also the car wash drips water on my car as I exit which doesnt help either. My front e

This is the Best Car Wash. It has Powerful jets!! And a Clean, Shiny vehicle everytime. Also the jet dryers are from the top and located inside. Not outside like most. Lots better.😊 Highly Recommended
