Don’t normally leave reviews but they did an amazing job on my car. Unfortunately, my car got stolen in October of 2024 and they helped repair the damage done. That included the bottom area of the steering wheel, the back window that they broke in from, and the back bumper that they cracked. A couple months later my car was rear ended in the parking lot of my job and they fixed that too! Pretty quick turnaround as well, I’m sure they could have done it quicker but there’s always something with insurance that gets in the way. Kept me in the loop throughout the process and you can tell they’re very genuine. I worked with Darwin who also speaks English and Spanish!

Fausto, his son Darwin, and the whole team are truly one of a kind. They are honest, kind, and always make you feel taken care of. They explain everything clearly, take the time to show you what is going on with your car, and go above and beyond to make sure the work is affordable and fair. What stands out most is how genuine they are — you can feel that they care about people just as much as the cars they fix. Walking into their shop feels like being welcomed by family, and leaving means driving away with peace of mind.

Got in a bad car accident called in they took really good care of me got it back within a week of taking it in supper fast and efficient with their work !! Highly recommended

The best car service I’ve ever received! Darwin was especially kind and accommodated me tenfold. He worked around my schedule and stayed late to help me with my car. I don’t know any other shop in Chicago that has people like that! Not only did he give up his evening to help me, but he also worked on my friend’s car last minute when she was in a pinch. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve brought my car here several times and always received quality service at a fair price. The counterman, Darwin, is very honest and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone!
