My experience with Carfix was a very positive one. My 2010 Subaru Legacy developed transmission problems. I called Carfix and spoke to Drew. He suggested I stop by for an evaluation, which I did. Long story short…Carfix replaced my transmission and the replacement came with a great warranty. As I said earlier, my Carfix experience was a very positive one. Customer service is first rate and I’ll be sure to visit Carfix for all future car repairs. Thanks again, Drew! TWO THUMBS UP!
Customer service at this place is top notch! Drew was knowledgeable, and patient with me. They had my car in, diagnosed, parts locally delivered, repaired, and out in about 2 hours! And it drives way better than when I got there!
I would absolutely recommend this garage! I brought my daughter’s car here for service. The manager Drew is very helpful and easy to work with. Hal did a the work on her car and everything turned out perfect. They did a great job with everything.
Great service. Dropped off my vehicle 3 days prior to my appointment in case they can squeeze it in. Got it back the same day. Good prices too. Highly recommended.
