Dear CarHop Management, I am writing to formally express my frustration with the experience I recently had at your location. I visited your dealership to find out if I qualified for a 2006 vehicle. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a three-hour ordeal. During that time, I spoke with five different representatives and repeatedly provided my information, only to be left waiting with little communication or clarity. After waiting for three hours, I was finally told that I did not qualify because I had missed two months of work due to a broken arm. This is information that could have been reviewed and communicated to me much earlier—potentially even through email—before I made the trip and spent hours at your dealership. I’d like to start off by mentioning how great god is and blessing this wonderful team here to be blessed to pass on these blessings. The wonderful employee Cory made upgrading my vehicle very smooth and easy and the wonderful young lady in the back, Shari assured me that we can make it happen if I’m able to come back next day. I made my part happen and so did she. I will recommend you recommend to your friends, whether in a good or not so good situation, they are here to help and helps to help. Andy is an amazing person, he will sit down with you and gets to know you as a person and understand whatever situation you are in. He listened on my situation, gave me some insight on what he could possibly get me into, look and behold. Andy got me into a reliable car in a timely fashion matter! He’s truly the best! I wasn’t expecting to get into anything today but Andy made it happen! He definitely deserves 5 star and if I could give more I would. 10 stars. If you’re looking for a reliable car, Definitely come here and ask for Andy, he’s the goat!

I would like to say, I am very happy with Charlotte She is amazing. Made everything happened quickly and Shirley and always checked up on us and make sure that we were OK. We had what we needed some water and she’s a great person. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody that needs a car. This is my second card getting out with them, and they have not failed me.

Would I come back? Absolutely, especially if I got the pleasure of working with Sara again too!!!!! Of course, anyone with a low credit score would know the anxiety associated with trying to buy a vehicle, and maybe they have a magician behind the scenes that processes the loans, but surprisingly, not only did I get approved for what I wanted, bit I also got approved for an upgraded, much newer, much less miles vehicle. Not only did she make it happen for me, she found a vehicle much better than what I originally wanted, and that was safer for my kiddos too. I got there pretty late in the afternoon, but she diligently handled my situation, and by the time the shop was closing, I was getting myself situated in my new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and driving myself home!
