Had an amazing experience Austin and Sean were great help with helping me through my option great customer service just a awsome experience all together thank you guys for the amazing car I got couldnt be more happier with my choice.

I told them my past issues with cars and told them most importantly I need a reliable car! The car I got that they pointed me towards looked good. Drive went smooth. I thought it was good car. I had problems after problems with this car. My warranty somehow never covered my problems. I still have the car. I paid over 14k for this car and over 20k on repairs. I can't get another car with a loan because my home loan I have is too high to get a car loan. I can't save enough to buy a car cash because I'm stuck fixing this car all the time!!!! STAY AWAY FROM CAR HOP!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. ONLY IN MAKING A SELL EVEN IF THEY KNOW THEYRE SELLING YOU JUNK!! I WOULD SUE IF I COULD!!

We had recently got a car there and was introduced to Noah at first. Such a personable and nice guy. Very informative and engaging. Made our first experience there very comfortable. We then worked with Alex who was our sales person. They were AMAZING! Very polite, easy to talk to and very informative as well. They also made the entire process very smooth and easy! They were able to help us get our beautiful Red ‘07 Buick Rainier which WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE and who, I might add, we call Crimson, LOL. But all that to say, we would HIGHLY recommend coming here if you’re looking for a car. They work well with any type of credit and work with you on finding a car fit for your budget or what you can afford. They make you feel like they want to work with you to get you driving off the lot that day

Austin was fabulous! All paperwork ands tags and all that crap that you don’t wanna deal with he did for me.… I got an excellent car. I am in within a payment amount that is good for me.… It’s been coming with a warranty.
