Found a vehicle on FBMP, called and talked to the owner. Confirmed the car was clean, no issues and had a carfax, owner confirmed. Drove there and the vehicle had hail damage all over it. A salesperson approached me and I inquired if it was the right vehicle because it had hail damage all over it. He proceeded to tell me it was only on the hood and I retorted that it was all over the roof and pillars as well. When I started taking photos the owner came out and stated the hail damage was being repaired on Tuesday and it was no problem. I advised that's not what the ad said and/or what was said on the phone. I the stated I didn't trust them and couldn't do business with dishonest companies and left. What a waste of time.

I was very pleased with Sam’s and everybody else’s honesty and transparency with their vehicles and the numbers. This place is an absolute rip off. Management is horrible horrible. They Sold us a vehicle that was extremely unsafe and they knew it was unsafe they were supposed to repair the issue and rather than repairing it, their mechanic greased up the issue, For about 2 1/2 weeks, I was told that they're ordering the part it will be in tomorrow. It is a tire rod rather than replacing the tire rod, the mechanic admitted to greasing it so that the noise will go away. There was an issue with the struts which were supposed to have been repaired. They sent it out to another mechanic and never actually repaired it. Going back-and-forth has been such a hassle and the lack of professionalism is absolutely disgusting, trying to hide the sound it was making rather than fixing it. Then we were sent to anothe

They said they would fix the one issue I noticed in my vehicle when test driving, so I purchased the vehicle, went back for a fix, they said they were waiting on a part, so I went back home, and back to them, maybe 10 times till they finally admitted that they never ordered a part, then the “mechanic” if that’s what u wanna call him, proceeded to heavily grease the underside of my vehicle, thinking that would solve the issue, it didn’t, only made the issue worse, they then sent me somewhere to fix the rack n pinion, even though when you do a rack n pinion you also need to get a wheel alignment, so they refused the alignment, did the rack n pinion, and then I had to pay out of pocket for new tires and a wheel alignment, then the real mechanic at the shop they sent me to also informed me, th
