Carisma Wash Lube & Detail

I hadn’t visited Carisma in several years. So today I stopped in paid about $30.00 dollars for a full service car wash. I was very disappointed in the service I got. Where you pickup your vehicle the cement has so much grime and oil on it that you track it into your vehicle after a wash. I went to the lady at the front desk and made a complaint about it and showed her pictures of my floor mat. She acted like it wasn’t a big deal. She stated it’s okay we are going through a complete remodel in a few weeks. I was totally in shock. She didn’t even offer to clean the mat or try to make it right. I had to ask for a managers phone number so I could get some help. Plus they didn’t even wipe my rims down at all. See attached photos. Very unsatisfactory work and very disappointing. Very unsatisfied

Holy smokes you guys! I was mucho impressed with the service and detail they provided. I live in Austin and their rates are about 50% cheaper than the rates here. I opted for the Home Run and they knocked it out of the park! My truck looked finely detailed and brand new, all in about 45 minutes! A manager came in the lobby to ask if anyone needed anything as well. What cost about $40 here would have been over $100 easily where I live. They were friendly and I will def go back!

Both Byron and Michael have taken this place to a New Level! I can't speak for Anyone else but My Experiences here with the Oil change and Wash on both Our Vehicles is done with Care and Meticulous Work. I waited almost 2 hours, the guys said he “upgraded me.” I paid $68 to get my seats wiped and the front vacuumed and you gave me a mediocre car wash.

Don’t use this business. Had a detail. Two hours later car interior had spots and seats were soaked. Asst manager agreed it was a bad job. He took it another 2 hours. Got spots out but still wet. Staples location tried to dry it but gave it back wet with doors closed. It took 3 DAYS to dry. We could not use the car. General manager would not work a deal so I called parent company, Piston Lube. No one is willing to let you talk to General manager or manager above, which is very bad business practice. Currently filed complaints with BBB and the Attorney General, but only after a manager told us to write letters because they “gave us three services.” No, they messed up three times. Waiting on responses from BBB and Attorney General.
