Several vehicles worked on at this shop, However, poor customer service by Kevin Parker. Very short with customers and condescending. If you’re looking for great customer service, Kevin Parker is not the associate you would like to work with.

I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had buying a vehicle from Carl Black. These days with rates and prices where they are buying a new car can be very stressful and very unpleasant. But this was a wonderful experience I had with Darren, Aryam, Joe and Daniel. They all made me feel at ease and well taken care of. They made sure I understood everything was kept up to date on my new vehicle arriving and answered all questions with no hassle.
