Hi, I had a different experience from the bad reviews. This is my second time financing a car with this dealership. I never had any issues with the first car that I bought 3 years ago. I even ended up selling it for the same price and got an upgrade with my new car that is listed for a higher price of the KBB. These guys rock! Will probably buy from them again when the day comes. Good people, good prices. TY! :)

I got the car on 8/29/2025 and the car was ok then it needed brakes and roaders. I took it back to have them fix it and I also had to pay for them to fix. As soon as I got the car back when I was driving on the freeway and put on brakes it shook so hard like your riding a bumpy ride I called to have them fix it and I cant get them to call me back they said he put brand new brakes and roaters if they did the car would not do this. I dont have much money and for a company to do this to plp that are king is horrible. I feel like we got robbed and they just want money. I would like to get a group of plp together that had similar issues and do something about this. Its not right. You cant just sell cars and then not deal with issues. Shame on on jaco. Me and my mom just bought a car from them and when we drove it the brakes were not brand new and when we took it to them to fix it it was around 200 soming dollars and they made it worse when I took the car back to them the car is fine and he drove and he said the car needs to get used to the brakes and rotors that was a lie cause my mom called a professional mechanic he said that the shaking of the car is not the car getting used to the brakes they didnt even put them in right and just a few days ago while I was driving on the high I didnt even press on the brakes that hard and the car wouldn't move so I had to park the car on the side of the freeway and when I pressed the pedal to go it wouldn't go as the needle was stuck on 40mph speed and then I waited and then the car moved then it ha

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had, took 2 months for edrs. DMV said they should refund me late fees and Bori never did. 6 months later and Bori never submit the sale to the dmv and still waiting for title. Place was super dirty and unorganized, nothing but red flags all over. Just wanted an affordable car temporarily but due to Boris negligence I don’t have a title for the Vehicle I purchased in cash SIX (6) months ago!
