I can honestly recommend this place without hesitation—especially the service department. Every consultant I’ve dealt with has been great, and Joy in particular truly stands out. This was my second time bringing my car here. I accidentally scheduled service at their other Alpharetta location once, and the difference in how I was treated was immediate. It didn’t sit right with me, so I canceled the appointment and came straight back here. The level of professionalism, care, and customer service makes all the difference. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll be sticking with them from now on.

I’ve been coming to this location for service for years. I used to see Corey, who is no longer there, & today I brought in my 2016 Odyssey for the piston recall. I had the pleasure of working with Joy, &he was fantastic: warm, knowledgeable, & genuinely customer focused. She took the time to explain everything clearly & even noted that this issue would be covered under warranty, which I really appreciated. This team has always treated me fairly, which is why I still drive all the way from Canton. The honesty & customer care here are what keep me coming back.

Cindy and team did a great job for my Car’s flat tire. scheduled an appointment last night and they were able to accommodate me for an appointment early in the morning and patched my car's tire (without upselling a new tire) and didn't charge for it. they made sure to arrange for a ride to home and back to service center while the car is in service. they were very prompt in their response and gave importance to customer satisfaction. would recommend this place.

I recommend avoiding this location if you don’t want to be taken advantage of. I called in the morning to confirm the oil change price for my Honda, and they told me $69.95. I also had a coupon they sent just a few days ago for $15 off. When I arrived, I confirmed both details again, and they said everything was correct. While my car was there, they tried to upsell over $1,200 in additional services, which I declined. At checkout, they raised the base and labor prices so that—even after applying the $15 discount—the total was still over $70. When I refused to accept the unexpected price increase, they added a card processing fee on top ($2). I was told that all customers who pay with any type of card must pay extra, and only cash or checks avoid the fee. These are major red flags. Please

I went to get an oil change. Came back with a huge crack going up my windshield. They denied doing it. When I originally asked for the service manager Eli, they said he wasn’t there. But when I asked to escalate the issue, Eli came from the back and trying to blame the issue on me. The pics they provided showed there was no crack. Customer service is trash DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
