I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Carlen Chevrolet. My vehicle was misdiagnosed, which cost me unnecessary time, stress, and money. When I brought my car in, I was told that the video screen was the issue and that I also needed a new battery. I trusted their diagnosis and allowed them to replace the battery. However, after having my old battery tested by multiple places, it was confirmed that my battery was perfectly fine. Although I trusted what I was told about the screen being the problem, I did not feel comfortable letting Carlen Chevrolet work on my vehicle further, so I took it to Watson Chevrolet in Livingston for a second opinion. I am very glad I did. Watson Chevrolet quickly discovered that the screen was NOT the problem at all—the issue was actually the amplifier
