Great service and fast! They even let me use a loaner car so I could get back and forth to work while my car was being repaired!!!! Everyone there is very helpful! And, I love their dog, so cute!!! 😁

Took car in to get front brakes and rotors done they said it would be $1000 just for front brakes and rotors then when said no to the offer they didn't even put everything back together the right way and I needed to tow after leaveing the parking lot. 100% do not recommend

My car went in for new tires to be put on and for the inspection/emissions. The mechanics did awesome. From what I can see, the tires look great. But the receptionist on the other hand was rude, condescending, and had a huge attitude when doing the checkout. The front staff is the face of the business and the first thing you see when you walk in. So though the mechanics did great, this may be a first and last time there. I don't want to give my business to a place where customers aren't treated nicely.

Great people at the front desk and assuming the older gentleman is the owner or manager, a great guy. My issue was that my belt and water pump system came apart on nearby I-81 and Google routes me there. They quote me for nearly $700 to get the system fixed as it required some boring out an old bolt. Fine. Pay them and happy to have my vehicle in operational order. Fast forward 5 days and 300 miles later and the EXACT SAME system collapse happened again. Stranded in CT for 2 days and the diagnosis from the Meineke auto tech is scathing. All 3 bolts that were just replaced by this team were broken. They hole they bored out was crooked and didnt hold. Now $1100 more and 2 days needed to fix something I was told was fixed. 2 stars because the people there were pleasant but any extreme work,
