As a first time mom who is used to very small cars, she was able to help me find one in our budget while also having the space and features to make this the perfect family vehicle for us without it being overwhelming. Over the last 2 weeks, I had communicated with John in the sales department to try and work a deal on a GMC truck on their lot. They were extremely competitive on their pricing, significantly more aggressive than any other nearby dealers. While the cards didn't line up for the deal, I must say that he was extremely helpful and transparent through the entire process. No pushy tactics and let me work at my own pace. For this reason, I wrote this review, because that experience was a valued one for me. Most sales departments are eager for the sale and pressure you to decide quickly. Carlisle Buick GMC was great!

I’m usually not the type to leave reviews but my experience with Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC was great. Maybe the best vehicle purchasing experience I’ve had. Adriano, my salesman, was super nice, friendly, and not pushy. We had a lot of laughs and he made it seem like we were old friends catching up. The rest of the team was great as well. I am very happy with my new purchase and the experience I had in Carlisle. I would definitely recommend this shop for your next new car/truck. Thanks guys!!

Worked with Donovan, he was excellent. Worked with me and met every need that I asked. Great dude and straightforward salesman. No BS. I wasn’t able to buy from him just to picking a different color. But I definitely would and I’d call him up first thing should I be looking in the future.
