My daughter's car was damaged by a pipe falling off a construction truck. The company assumed responsibility and recommended we use Carlot Solutions. I am so glad I took the advice. Customer Service was great, because they are really good people. Repair looks great and was done in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

I brought my X5 in to have the hood repainted due to a not so stellar job from another body shop. Aimee went out of her way to make sure this time was different. The paint match is perfect and there are no imperfections in the paint at all. Carlot Solutions was very easy to work with and worked with my schedule. I'm more than happy with all aspects of the process and will be coming to them first if/when the need arises. Thank you!

Carlot Solutions is a cut above the rest! A no brainer when your car is in a front end accident is to get an alignment. Pretty standard! When John saw the insurance would not pay for it. He took a loss out of their own pockets to do the job right. Common sense isn't so common anymore. Neither is Integrity or honesty. You won't have to worry about this with carlot solutions. I'm more than happy to support this locally owned buisness. Because John & Amy went out of their way to make sure my wife was happy with the repair on her baby. Thank you again guys! Class act.
