I was involved in a wreck and had to have my car repaired. We had my car towed to Carl’s auto body. We were kept updated on the progress of my vehicle, we were told of the insurance delaying repairs. Carl made sure that my car was repaired with brand new parts and wouldn’t settle for anything less. Finally got my car back and she looks amazing! Can’t even tell she was hit. So thankful for all the guys at Carl’s! Won’t take my car anywhere else.

First of all the owner is not a business oriented man! He is very rude and unprofessional! Hes a liar and a fraud. They did work on my car and first off the bat the estimate they gave me was nothing like the one they gave my insurance. They charged work to it that wasnt even done! Nor did it need to be. After recieving my car ther was marks on hood and on windshield that wasnt ther before. Ther was also a dent in my front bumper that wasnt ther prior to taking my car to them! When i showed the owner he acted like a juvenile and started sayin sorry bout ur luck! That was his exact words. He claims he new wat my car looked like when i brought it in and he wasnt even there. Just purchased a 2008 Malibu and the sub frame needed work. Called around and was referred to Carl. Gave him a call he told me to bring in it for him to check it out the same day. He said sometimes instead of replacing it (which is pricey) he most likely could bend it back. Took him the car and he did just as he said and even got the alignment done for me. While waiting for my ride his wife Rebecca kept me company and I love her!!! She is sweet, friendly, and real! Everyone who works there is friendly and know their job. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR YOUR BODY WORK OR PAINTING NEEDS!!!!😘😍

Had my front bumper and grill repaired. The good, they were friendly and quick about the repair. The bad, they used cheap materials to repair the fender liners in the front that is coming apart. They didn't even replace the engine shroud that they said they would. Also said they were going to repair my antenna and cover, which they did not.
