I went to the local Dodge dealership service department for the initial assessment. While they were extremely polite and professional, their price fir the work was over $1200. I was referred to Carl's by a good friend (and now I owe that friend their choice of beverage lol). Carl's got my truck checked-in around 5:15 pm on Tuesday and called me on Wednesday afternoon that it was fixed and ready for pickup. The grand total - LESS THAN $240! Carl's has gained a new customer in me! I strongly recommend for your automotive service needs!

I would like to preface this review by saying that I am not someone who takes leaving negative reviews of local businesses lightly, and I considered not leaving one because of that, but I don’t want anyone else to deal with similar situations. I dropped my car off here on Tuesday evening around 1PM. I had called around and these guys were willing to at least let me drop off the car same day which I appreciated. I told them on the phone that when I parked the car there were no issues, I went on a vacation, and came back to find the Check Emissions Light and Check Transmission Light came on at the same time. I told the gentleman on the phone before I brought it and as I was dropping it off. I also told them I suspected the wiring harness on the transmission had been chewed by an animal whil

We were traveling from Memphis, TN to IN and had issue with a wheel barrel. We called and was told he would have the part placement needed for our 2016 Doug Ram. They were prompt and friendly. He finished start to finish in about an hour. Prices was reasonable and fair.

I was stuck on the side of the highway in Kentucky on my way back home to ft Campbell and they showed up as quick as possible and handled my car with care. I had a popped tire but no tools to do it myself so the guys at the shop did it for me when they were already working on a different project, they were quick and kind and did everything correctly they helped me get back home safely on time and I thank them for that. I highly recommend them I wasn’t scammed big money as most shops do. If I’m ever stuck again I’m in that area(hopefully not) I will for sure call them.

Exceptional service! Our Subaru clutch went out on a road trip and this crew had us back on the road after towing the car and replacing the clutch, with the several hours of labor that entails, that day. We can't say enough good words for their work and kindness to us.
