My car was towed to Carl’s accidentally and without ever meeting them or knowing about them. They were kind, personable, and made me feel confident in trusting them to work on my car. I needed a starter. Carl took time to explain different details to me in ‘girl language ‘ about cars. He not only fixed my starter but was able to get my heat working when 3 other garages quoted me over 800 dollars to repair it. He was kind, prompt, and the price was affordable. I will always take my car back to Carl.

Cindy, the receptionist is always so pleasant with a smile on her face. Every time I greet her Carl, the mechanic is amazing always so kind always calls me to explain what’s going on with my car and how much my parts are going to cost. Love this shop amazing people Super great atmosphere highly recommend again. Prices are fair and the mechanics really know what they’re doing. I feel comfortable and safe, knowing that I can leave my car with these folks and they take the very best care of it.

Carl was awesome to deal with. My serpentine belt slipped off Wednesday night and I coasted to a spot across street from his shop. He had me back on the road driving by Saturday after fixing the worn out pulley. I will definitely be a re peat customer if any more troubles arise.

We recently had both our oil changed and our air conditioning evaluated and recharged at Carl’s Auto Service. We were very happy with the service we received there and would highly recommend them. We were happy to get the work scheduled quickly and were impressed with receiving a call explaining in detail what had to be done to repair our air conditioning. We were thrilled to have it with the recent 90 degree days!
