The staff at Carl’s are very professional, and pleasant to work with. Mark handled the insurance company and the repair of our Freightliner Sprinter Van for our business. The van looked amazing and we are very happy with the results. I highly recommend Carl’s and would use them again if needed.

Didn't properly fix then Wants to be rude about us leaving the car because they still haven't fixed it but then they're trying to say they don't have the space for but yet they didn't fix it properly and then they're trying to tell us pretty much it is what it is and deal with it horrible customer service the lady was arguing with us. Had an incredible attitude would not recommend to anyone.

Had my car repaired at carls auto body/ app, very friendly , very willing to help .I was so happy when I picked up my car , before I brought it in it was pretty banged up from an accident..when I got it back it was like new!! Just had my tail gate stolen so I bought one from the junk yard and the color didn't match I called all over Vegas and everyone was just trying to make money . I called Marc at the Body Shop and he said bring it for a fair price and he included everything. Thanks again.. Great Job ..
