Carl's Haddonfield Service

Everything about my experience here was great. I was able to call and schedule easily. The crew was helpful when I dropped off the car, called and explained everything to me, reviewed my itemized bill, and had graphics to help explain things. 10 out of 10!

Carl’s is hands down the best auto mechanic shop I’ve ever experienced. It’s like they totally missed the memo that mechanics aren’t supposed to be so cool. But seriously, George takes the time to explain the work, and treats his customers like they are smart enough to understand. It makes a big difference. All the guys that work the gas pumps are always really pleasant too.

We had such an incredible experience at Carl’s. After an attempted break in on my car at my home, I called the dealership and was quoted an astronomical price to fix a minor piece. A friend recommended Carl’s and he was so kind, prompt with receiving the part, fixed my car quickly, AND extremely reasonable. He was honest and just provided great customer service. I know he mentioned it’s getting busy (I can understand why) but I truly would wait to only use his shop moving forward. Thanks again!!

Carl's provides full service with an old-school, small town feel. The owner employs many of the area's students and they are courteous and polite with every fill up. My Wife and I make a point to always refuel at Carl's, even holding off on gassing up elsewhere, specifically because of the quality service, close community ties and all around quality of service provided.
