While yes they were nice enough to come put air in my tire so I could drive it to their shop what happened afterwards was a COMPLETE disaster. While yes they handed me their business card. I don't know about anyone else but I don't look at them. Fast forward a week. I sat dumbfounded along a busy highway and watched my passenger front tire roll down the ditch. These are the BEST people I have ever felt with! If you have ever lived in a city you have NO idea what customer service is and what it is worth!! They will be there for you in a heart beat. The best people to deal with!!! Thanks for all you do

I have lived in Wausa for twelve years now, what the other person wrote is not my experience at all. I have had Carlson H&A do work in both my home as well as the school district. They perform high quality work and are very reasonable in prices. I have not had any problem in billing with them either in my home or at the school and we have done a lot of business with them over the years. Highly recommend them to anyone for tire work, small engines, HVAC or propane.

I would give a BIG FAT ZERO but that option is not available ..poor customer service. Dave is very rude...even when you rent a tank from them. Do not reccomend!!!!
