Had them do a pre purchase inspection on my vehicle before I purchased it and they told told everything was perfect. A week later I go get state inspection, now they're telling me I need $2100 for brake pads. I've priced the parts out, they are charging me 40% upcharge!

They changed a part and aligned my wheels in a very fast time period on Jan 27, 2026. Thank you to the guys that work their for getting my car back on the road.

I'm from Delaware and heard a noise from my car, went to Advance Auto they sent me to Carman's Tires and they helped me, fixed it at a reasonable price! Great people! Thank You 🙏

Called in advance to make sure my tires were in stock as I’m headed out of town for a wedding. Showed up at 8 AM Saturday morning to be told , They refuse to install the two tires due to the fact that I have an all-wheel-drive vehicle. One would think they could’ve mentioned that on the phone when I called. Not friendly, not willing to help other than to sell me four tires when I only need two. New to the area and was looking for “my local tire shop”. THIS ISN’T IT!!

On Thursday during the heavy rain storm, I got a flat at the round about. We took it to Carmans and they took care of our flat the next morning. Jim was an excellent tire specialist and mechanic !!! We highly recommend using his expertise. Carman’s is a very honorable company and they work really hard to please their customers !! You won’t regret going there because they have excellent customer service from start to finish !! We put our complete trust in them no matter what the issue may be with the car.
