This crew is great. Bought a 2008 Escalade ext. It had a bad leak i believe was main seal . I was told this when I bought the truck but dismissed this , pretty normal on the 6.2 . They all leak . This was leaking a ton. I called to get a estimate to replace main seal. My wife signed the paper work on it when we bought it. I wasn't paying attention to all of it. They had put a warranty on it , 100% parts and labor. I was shocked . Never seen a warranty of any kind on a truck 18 years old. I called and talked to our sales person , Liz, . She said bring it in , we'll fix it , we have a great mechanic. It was fixed next day , not a small job . I have had a few vehicles over the years . I've never been treated so good at dealership . I would’ve given them 5 stars due to me having an SUV from them for 2 years that I truly fell in love with but as time progressed there were issues that were revealed due to the diy work of the previous owner. I understood that it was an older model of course but the wiring was compromised causing the SUV to become more of a danger to drive. I had several conversations with the staff about the issues along with options including trade-in & switch but they kept asking for more money down & not even attempt to look at the vehicle themselves. I continued to pay my payments despite me not being able to drive the truck safely for weeks. Once I returned the vehicle back to them safely, I was then treated with disrespect and not that of a long time customer. After being with them for so long, the

Debra is the worst and I also think she be stealing money cause I would bring my balance to 0 and then she would call or email me and tell me I'm so many days past due and turn my vehicle off and threaten to pick it up and I would have to make a payment then I would the same call a week later. The sale guys are Kool I enjoyed dealing with them but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend dealing with this dealership not even as a last and only option. The money your going to lose between over payments and mechanic shop visits for the terrible vehicle just isn't worth it

I purchased a 2013 vehicle from this dealership. I will update my review as more time passes, but I will explain my experience so far. The sales guy Derek was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Sale process was quick overall. The payment department was a whole different story. The lady seemed nice overall, but she was in a heated debate with a customer over the phone prior to my arrival. This meant I had to wait maybe a additional 10-15 minutes to leave because she continued with her call in front of a new customer! Within the 30 days, my CEL came on for multiple misfires. I was able to drop it off to the dealership. Derek called me later the same day letting me know my vehicle was ready. Be careful purchasing from this company! They will bait you and make all types of promises to get you to purchase a vehicle than once they get your money/down payment there entire attitude changes and things They promised to do or fix all of a sudden its forgotten or they don’t remember telling you that… yet they quick to complain about being late on a payment and don’t care if you using money to fix or do things they claimed they was going to fix…steer clear or get everything on paper and signed that they tell you they going to do
