Today was my first time doing business with CarMax. I did my appraisal on line so that may have saved me some time once I arrived. Once I entered I was greeted and directed to where I need to be. The staff was very professional and courteous. The transaction was very smooth and simple. They had me in and out in such short time.

Clean and spacious waiting room. Fast and efficient process and most of all genuinely reasonable appraisal offer. Sebastian, our representative was awesome!

I was racially discriminated against due to me being African American. I’m a first timer buyer and I was sent to this location due to this location having the car in stock I wanted. Everything was fine until they asked for my drivers license which I just renewed online on March 2nd of this year. I only had the form dps emailed me without my picture. They asked me to retrieve a photo copy from the dps, which I did and it was sent over through email after contacting them. I sent over what was sent by me for the DPS office and customer service guy walked over and stated I didn't know they could do that. They took my document to the back and examined it then walked up to me and stated they couldn’t do business with me. I asked what did I do wrong I even proceeded to show them my email and the

I bought a car from Car Max last week. The key fob has stopped opening properly which concerned me. (I am a full time care giver for my husband with advanced Akzheimers, so getting stuck somewhere with a fob that doesn't open is not an option.) I was told they only provide one key, and since it is "working" they can't do anything for me. Not happy! Update: CarMax has contacted me and handled this situation favorably. I appreciate their response to this issue.

Had an amazing experience at CarMax! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. They made the car buying process stress-free and fun. The selection of vehicles was impressive, and the prices were competitive. I appreciated the transparency and no-haggle pricing.
