Car buying without the stress? At CarMax, apparently yes. I bought a 2024 Toyota Corolla and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Renee Cherry, who was knowledgeable, patient, and refreshingly not pushy. She made the whole process smooth, easy, and even enjoyable (which feels illegal in car sales). I worked with Ron. He was fantastic and explained everything start to finish while managing to be quick as I had my kids with me (6 and 4). Very thorough review of my vehicle to sell and ensured the online quote was honored. I went by Saturday afternoon and they were very busy but Ron still made sure we got everything we needed in a timely manner.
