The customer service was great overall. However, my car was damaged in this car wash. I went through this wash for the first time and drove straight home. I have gone through other car washes in the area many times and have never had a problem. While in the wash, it seemed like the pressure was extremely high. Unfortunately the paint on my car is ruined now and will need to be fixed even though my car is barely a year old.
