I’ve been with Carnaval Auto Credit for about a year now, and they’ve been absolutely great since day one. From the beginning, their customer service has been on point — they always answer the phone in a reasonable time and are super helpful with any questions or concerns. It’s clear they really care about their customers. I’ve had a smooth experience throughout, and I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable dealership that actually supports you after the sale.

the cars look nice, but that’s where the good part ends. Most of them are in terrible condition underneath. The mechanic will promise to “fix” any issues but that’s just talk. Nothing ever actually gets done. They’ll also hit you with a bunch of unnecessary taxes out of nowhere and tell you, “Oh, you’ll get a refund later.” Spoiler: you won’t. It’s all lies to get your money fast and run. This place is run by a bunch of clowns — fitting, since their website literally says “Carnival.” But this isn’t fun. It’s a circus of scams. They don’t care about customers at all — just your wallet. I’m speaking from real experience here. Save yourself the stress. Stay far, far away.

10/10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Listen up, I was in a pickle and knew after speaking with Chago we were going to purchase! The icing on the cake is, I had a starter issue and their shop is so amazing they took care of me within 2hrs! I am so impressed with the amount of grace and help my husband and I received! This company will get all of my future business. I need cars for my sons next! Thank you Carnaval Team!
