I had an extremely disappointing experience at Car Nova, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the salesperson, David. From start to finish, the process was frustrating and felt like my time and business were not valued. I initially came in to look at a specific vehicle. We test drove the car, and I came fully prepared—I was prequalified through Capital One Auto Finance with a reference number in hand. Instead of helping move the deal forward, David repeatedly told me, “If I were you, I wouldn’t get this car,” for no clear reason, almost as if he was trying to push me away from the vehicle. Once inside to discuss paperwork, he aggressively pushed me to use the dealership’s banks, insisting he could match or beat my Capital One rate. I made it very clear that I preferred to stic
