First time working with Carolina Auto Direct and it went perfectly! Chris was very quick to answer any questions I had before and after the sale. Rachel handled the financing without any problems. Purchased a 2026 transit sight unseen and had it shipped to Florida. Had 2 other deals fall through with other dealers because of bait and switch sales tactics. Straight forward with Carolina Auto Direct, would highly recommend them and if I’m ever in the market again they will be my first call!

We went to Carolina Auto Direct on a Saturday for a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Willys and Nereida took excellent care of us. First she was able to move the Jeep from a spot that I thought she would have to rearrange the cars near it and she was somehow able to get it out. That was very impressive. She was able to get a deal done that we were happy with. There were some issues we wanted to be looked at and we waited until Monday afternoon to take delivery. The service department took care of our concerns and Nereida had the Jeep shining like a new nickel. We will definitely consider them for another used vehicle.
