You can truly feel that it’s a family-owned business — everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable with the process, and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. The quality of their work was absolutely phenomenal. My car looks and runs amazing! It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism, honesty, and heart the way they do. While on vacation, my SUV experienced a malfunction that I caused. Long story. I was directed to Carolina Car Care by another local shop and could not be happier with the outcome. It was lunchtime and Austin took the time to look at the problem. Fixed in 5 minutes. Saved me several hundred dollars by avoiding to have to take it to a Toyota dealer. Thanks Carolina Car Care.

Never been to a more knowledgeable and honest shop. Not only did they do an efficient inspection on my car, they showed me pictures and videos of issues I was unaware of. I would suggest bringing your car by for an inspection at the least. They completed the repairs in a timely manner. Car feels like new again!
