If I could give this company zero stars, I would. After being referred by my insurance company, I scheduled an appointment about a month later and dropped off my vehicle after hours. At drop-off, I was asked to sign a form stating that I agreed to pay any additional costs above what the insurance company covered. I added an asterisk and noted that they must call me before performing any additional work on my truck. Later that afternoon, I received a call informing me that no work could begin until we had an agreement in place. I clarified that I agreed to the amount reflected in the insurance company’s estimate, but that any additional damage or costs would first need to be submitted to the insurance company and then communicated to me. Ron is an amazing artist. His airbrush attention to detail is absolutely unmatched by anything I've ever seen. Although he only completed body work for me. My car has been here twice. Each time they took great car of the inside and washed the entire car prior to my picking it up. They are the only authorized body shop for Mercedes Benz in the area. After hurricane Florence, our roofers threw shingles over my car. Needless to say "throwing" wasn't what they were good at ! They're prices were fair and they were very comprehensive with their work. I would certainly take any car there. The staff was very informative and kept me in the loop of the progression of work from start to finish. Amazing body shop.

Professional, well-organized seamless operation, with great communications, from beginning to end. I'm more than satisfied with the quality of repairs to my vehicle. Would definitely use this body shop again if needed.

Wow, this place has changed for the worst,, my car got beat up this time, not fixed, parts were installed cockeyed, teenagers working on my Aston Martin "Yikes". Don't be fooled by "Qualified Mercedes Service" this place is a Maaco body shop.

Took my truck here for repairs after hitting a deer. Robert was friendly and very quick with the estimate. It took a while to get my truck in for repairs, but their schedule was very very busy and getting all the parts in took a while, which wasn't their fault. Got my truck dropped off and it was ready in three days. Everything looked great, and they even gave my dirty truck a quick wash before letting me leave. Robert and his folks are super nice and excellent at what they do.
