Gotta give the tow truck driver Josh and the entire Carolina Fleet family 5 stars. Very professional all the way around. I''m a company driver, but the way they treat you, they make the actual driver the priority. Josh was very knowledgeable and efficient.
My trailer breaks locked up on me while fueling at Loves in Columbia. Staff Call the Tow service. Josh responded as he should have. I didn’t know I was called on. I explained to Josh The mechanical issue, he grabbed a few tools and he released my brakes and got me out of trouble. Even though I was in a bad situation, Josh made it better and I would refer his service him personally to any response of towing!
Josh and Adam were great to work with. I was stuck in SC and needed to get to FL. They picked me up and handled it with ease. Definitely recommend using these guys if you’re in need for a tow.
Don't expect them to be open on time. It's 8:30. I've been waiting since 8 am. You may want to call to see if they are open.
Josh was the driver. He, had great knowledge of his job and was very courteous.
