I needed a new trans in my 2017 Sportage after a month the check engine light comes on with a check your transmission message?? So my wife takes the car back to the dealer they stated the codes may not have been cleared and cleared the codes and sent her on her way , 20 minutes later the same light and message appears?? Now kia service claims it is a faulty transmission and needs to be replaced yet again ???!!! Of course no loaner available so just continue to drive your car and possibly suffer more damage and we will call you when the replacement transmission arrives I find this unacceptable and unbelievable.

Everyone is super friendly, got my inspection done in no time, also I was here for my regular scheduled maintenance and everything is taking care of very well, I also got a car wash after they finish working on my vehicle! You can wait outside if you want, there is like 3 chairs to sit, but also the waiting area inside is very welcoming, they have coffee, water, Soda and some snacks if you want one while you wait!

So far, Service has had our vehicle 5 business days and we have yet to even get a diagnosis. I understand taking a couple of days, but, really? Even worse, no one in Service answers the phone OR returns messages. NOT pleased at all.
