Carolina Padilla: Allstate Insurance

I purchased insurance Ruidoso condo. The agent I worked with is Marissa. She has been the most helpful person I have ever delt with at an insurance company. When ever I have needed any thing, she has always been there and provided it for me.

I had been with Carolina for over two and a half years. Great rates, until my last payment for Dec 2022. I had gotten charged a little less than double what my rate was for a 08 honda no traffic tickets. I reached out and was told over the phone I would be reach out to talk about rates and it’s been over a month with no contact. I’m not mad just disappointed.

We had a major hail storm. Carolina was extremely hard to get in touch with. Allstate itself was awesome and we were please the the out come. As of this date, Carolina has yet to contact us to see how the process was going. She, is only available for the sale, once that is, done she doesn't seem to be interesting in following up. We will be looking for a new agent when it's time to renew our policy.

Very polite and knowledgeable! As a young adult I often have questions about my insurance and they always make me feel like I am taken care of! Carolina and her staff really look out for my best interests, and I truly feel as though I am in good hands!

Living in LaLuz NM, I've had homeowners ins with them over twenty years. About two years ago we had a bad hail storm hit us, and damage our roof. Other roofs were damaged on our street and the others recieved new roofs. We got a check for $69.00. Yes that is correct and were told we better get it fixed in a few months or we will lose our ins. When we tried to talk to Carolina Gutierrez's office they didn't what to hear it. Sorry to say that's the truth.
