I had a great experience! Everyone I spoke with from Holly, Daniel, and Beth were all professional, friendly, and so helpful. Being an out-of-state buyer, I had concerns about making a long drive to purchase something I had not seen in person. Everyone at Carolina RV Consignments helped create an environment where I felt comfortable the entire time. Once I arrived, I met the entire team to include Jerry who did my pre-purchase inspection and even offered me his cell # for any future questions I may have had. Lastly, I was impressed with how Beth and Daniel handled a minor issue I encountered shortly after purchase. They quickly reached a solution with the owner and wrote me a check so I could take care of it myself. I had to make a long 2-day drive and Beth even made sure I got home okay!
