Unprofessional, dishonest, and a total waste of time. Avoid Carolina Collision. Our car was repaired here in August, and almost a full year later, we’re still chasing them to fix problems that were clearly caused by their shop. They installed a damaged engine harness, which Mazda later confirmed was cut, frayed, and improperly repaired. Instead of owning up to it, Carolina Collision kept claiming the warning lights weren’t related to the accident and repeatedly cleared the codes to dodge responsibility. Now, nearly a year later, they want to scan the car again as if that’s a solution. It’s not. What needs to happen is simple: replace the defective harness they installed.
