Caroline Tire

I brought my 2019 Lexus IS 300 to Caroline Tire for a routine oil change. Prior to this visit, my vehicle had absolutely no oil leaks. There were no drips in my driveway, no warning lights, and no issues with the oil drain plug or oil pan. Immediately after their oil change service, my vehicle began leaking a significant amount of oil. This was not a minor drip — it was enough to leave visible oil stains on my driveway. The leak started right after their service, which is extremely concerning. I returned to the shop to address the issue and speak with management. I spoke with a young man who claimed he was the manager. The interaction was unprofessional and disrespectful from the start. Instead of taking the time to properly inspect the situation or work toward a solution, he was dismiss

I brought my 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis to Caroline Tire for a gas leak. I was told it was a gasket and would take about an hour to fix. It ended up taking four hours. They did fix the leak, but when I picked up my car my digital gas gauge was no longer working — it now reads “E” and 0 miles to empty. It worked perfectly before I brought it in. When I returned, they claimed the fuel pump was bad, which was never an issue before. Management refused to take responsibility, and after contacting their West Palm Beach location, I never received the promised callback from the owner. Very disappointed. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Been using them for over 20 years. They still always amaze me with their quality, service, friendliness, and fantastic honest pricing. Now I am also grateful for their second job in lake Worth which is right around the corner from my house thank you Barbie and John and their whole entire staff that I have known for well over 20 years When you want a mechanic shop that you can trust check out Caroline tire.

10/10 service. Everyone is so incredibly nice and they truly explain everything so much and are very honest. Will be my new go to mechanic

The staff was superb friendly & hard working. They were down a guy or two but they were still accommodating. I’ll be back for sure. Good friendly staff.
