I've had some pretty bad experiences with mechanic shops in the past—getting overcharged, dealing with sloppy work, and no one ever owning up to their mistakes. So finding Carotech has been such a relief! Having a European car like my Audi Q5 isn’t always easy—especially when it comes to finding a mechanic who actually knows what they’re doing. Big shoutout to Mike, Huot, and Jesus—they’re all awesome. They recently fixed a big coolant leak by replacing the water pump and thermostat, and also took care of the right-side engine mount and the left passenger axle. Super professional, honest, and solid work all around. I can’t recommend them enough. I can honestly say they’ve gained a customer, a friend, and probably a bit of a nuisance 😅 since I will be having them on speed dial.

I bring my wife's car here all the time after my brother in law recommended this place. They are honest, do good work and communicate quick. Highly recommend!!

Had an old car sitting around for about a year. It needed a bunch of work from it not being used. (Maintenance items like belts and hoses) Carotech had me back on the road safe and freshly inspected in just a few days. Car drives just like it did before!! Thank You Guys!!!

Great service for a great price owner and staff are great and friendly I highly recommend CaroTech if you want the work done right this is the place to go i’ve been going here for years now and every time I leave, there’s a smile on my face Plus I live in Delaware so it’s about a 45 minute drive but they are the only ones I trust with my car Cause I know they will get the job done and the job done right so I will continue going here as long as I have car problems Thank you so much again. Very simple and easy experience here. I just recently got my headlight replaced here due to moisture being trapped in my old headlight. The process was very easy. I dropped my car off. Took about 3 hours and there were a few cars ahead of me. Headlight looks great. Very polite and friendly service.
