My car was damaged during the application of KROWN rustproofing ($169.55). There are outward protruding dents in the door skin (steel body panel). Dents from the inside out! One of which cracked the paint. Jeff offered no apology or would admit responsibility. He said he would however, pay for a repair if I went to “his guy” to have it done. Why? So I can be left with wavy steel and mismatched paint only to be told by the body man that he could’ve done better but this is all Jeff would pay for? Why would Jeff care if he’s claiming he didn’t cause the damage? Rust proofing has not been applied to the car prior to this. He drilled the access holes. How, Jeff Carpenter, how was this damage caused, if not by YOUR carelessness? The car was NOT damaged before I dropped it off for service. It

Went in for an inspection and passed. But the owner I found out later. Cracked my windshield when removing the sticker there was a chip behind the sticker. And instead of compensating me for my window hollabaugh glass wanted to charge me 475.00 for a replacement and because I wrote a review I have taken down I was to pay in cash because I upset him I have both interactions on video with the man who cracked my windshield and this man thought he could step into my husbands space cause they were exchanging words Mr jeff you have an attitude when things are not going your way and you cannot take ownership of when you are wrong I have both interactions of when I talked to you and when my husband. I have used Carpenter's Tire and Auto for the last 7 years. There is no one I would trust more to do the necessary work I needed. I have never had an issue with the services provided, or the prices charged.

I have been getting my inspections here for 2 years, and just had such a good experience I had to leave a review. My car was making a noise and they looked at it told me it wasn't a problem. I appreciate the honesty and will drive to a weekend campout without having to worry.

Crazy part is me and this man went round and round I asked him if I could rent a car and he brought something up 5 years ago wouldn't even let me rent a car the guy isn't reasonable he stuck on the past so I wouldn't go through him the worst person ever to get a car in Meadville don't go to him go to anyone else since he said I have bad reviews this one was the worst
