Outstanding customer service, these guys went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct parts I needed for my truck with great prices!

Was sold a bad battery. Returned it the next day but was declined a refund because it was installed. I understand the electrical policy and they conducted a battery test got 11.4 volts. I explained after I purchased and installed the battery I put a trickle charger on it. What probably happened was the batteries are sitting in the back self slowly draining. I asked car quest if there was an option for at least store credit. Now I got a 45 pound paper weight. They even suggested me to go to another car quest store. Customer service here is a hit or miss.

As a female in the field, I can usually tolerate a bit of a condescending tone. I wish I could remember his name because to talk to me like I do know my stuff AND to not create a ticket for me to pick up after telling me it would be there. It is BIZZARE! I hope no other female at this location goes through this! I was told, your power steering pump and all hoses will be here on Monday. He repeated the amount it would cost like 3 times to which I did not hesitate to agree with. I called on Monday morning before driving over (it is my first time buying from this location) to make sure everything was ready. When I called they had no ticket or even a note about the parts I needed and the helpful gentleman on the phone with me let me know they actually do not carry one of the hoses need at all.

Got a tip from one of the shops. It goes "if you need your car to smell nice and get cleaned go to Advance Auto Parts, if you need to fix your car and do maintenance head straight to CarQuest." Those guys are professionals and have a very knowledgeable staff. Mike has many years of experience and knows how to find the part you need. Pete is amazing with his knowledge and Hawk has crazy location skills. Blaine really knows how to get good idea at what you really need and the rest of the staff is amazing. They truly do carry Advance Auto Parts.
