Great people. Great products. I love my new Mahindra tractor!

This company is sly liars!! Drove 2 hrs to buy a 20,000 mower from them. Brought it home, belt broke. Took it back the next day. Drove another 2 hrs to get it fixed. Second time belt broke again. Called and told them we didn’t want the mower. They said they would take it back. So took it back. Story has more, but to make it short and 3 months later they sent it to repo and put us in a bad pickle. Absolutely ignorant on their end. I Shouldn’t be like this, but I hope they get what they deserve. What goes around comes around. Stay away from this company!!!! They said they called us and told us they fixed it. All a lie!!! Like I said they are sneaky liars. Lies get you no where.

Had my friend drop off my 4hp Briggs tiller need the carb cleaned, called back 3 days later and was told it would be $200 to kit the carb $75 to just pick it up , took it down the street and was told $45 , is it just me or is $200 to clean a carb on a 4hp Briggs WAY OUT OF LINE , $75 just to pick it up, just saying

I needed a new push mower but I had never considered CAPS before. My son had done business with them previously and suggested we try them. I was very pleased that not only did they have exactly what I wanted, but at a fair price. I felt that our salesman, David, was very upfront with us and paid great attention to detail, even checking the mower to make sure it was ready to run and starting for me. I will consider CAPS again. Well done

I purchased a Toro lawn mower from CAPS because they repair what they sell (if needed). The other home improvement stores might offer a slightly lower price, but read the reviews! Nothing but trouble getting customer service. CAPS of Ontario does their best to keep their customers happy.
