Went here to get a low dollar lower pressure AC cap. Damion helped us. He made it feel like it was an expensive part. Took his time and showed us different options. Went above and beyond for sure. I would recommend this place any day. If they treat you like this for a low dollar part, they will do great on high dollar parts.

I needed a vacuum pump for my 2019 Equinox. It was fir the brake assist which had a recall. I couldn't get the part anywhere but they found one and about a week later got it for me.. I put it on and immediately oil was everywhere. It's only 3 bolts so I was confused about why it was doing it. I replaced the seal but nothing helped. As it is our only car, I just kept putting oil in it cause I had to drive it. After working another week so I could afford to get another pump, I took theirs back off and carefully inspected it. Turns out the outer faceplate is warped and there's a 32nd of an in gap on the bottom of the pump. I didn't have a replacement yet so I bought a tube of high heat and vibration gasket maker and used it to seal the gap. It worked and after losing over $100 worth of ow20

Extremely helpful and saved me over $100. My Honda was having difficulty starting. My Google search indicated it is usually the battery. So I went to purchase a new battery. When I was talking with gentleman behind the counter, he recommended to test the battery in my car first, then came from behind the counter with his machine. The battery tested fine, but he noticed my connections were corroded. He recommended a terminal cleaning kit that cost a fraction of the battery. I bought and used it that day, and I haven't had an issue since. Both would have fixed my situation and he was honest which created more work and less revenue for him that day. However he gained revenue, as now I will be a customer for life.

Excellent service! Marvin and Andy were extremely helpful. I was in urgent need of a part they had it delivered by 8am the next morning. They even had a note on the part telling the driver to deliver first thing in the AM. Little things like that go a long way.

Highly recommended! Saved me a ton of money and had the part I needed in stock. Everywhere else I called had to order my part at a higher price. These guys were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I will always do business here in the future.
