Why is this place still open. You call no answer service bad they rude as hell I would not recommend .

I needed a part for my car so I called around and found this place. His prices were actually a little lower than the average so I went with it. He said I had a warranty on the part and if you return the part you will receive $40 back. He had to order the part and it will be here the next day. Everything sounded great until it was time to collect on the return on my part. He said he didn't have any cash in the store. He also proceeds to give me a ton of excuses why he didn't have my $40 bucks. This was his policy not mine. Meanwhile he asked me to come back before the close of business that day and he left early that day. In closing I had to wait the entire weekend for me to finally catch him on Monday and he gave me a ten dollar bill and 30 dollars worth of quarters lol I got my cash but h

A member of the staff was extremely rude to me and my wife. We wanted to simply pick up our UPS package today and he went as far as to call my wife a B word through the phone because he was asked to look for our parcel a little harder. My advice, take your business elsewhere if you are trying to avoid having a bad day. Oh and if you must go here, don't trust their business hours, all lies. Unprofessionals.

Pretty good place to get what you need. I bought hood struts the other day, and while they didn't have them, they ordered and got them to me the very next day. Cool guys who run the place. Much better than Autozone down H street.
