BE Aware; The Owner Carquest in Lisbon Iowa is really professional person, "BUT" a couple of his employees don't care about what you need or about you ! I have gone to carquest of Lisbon Iowa for quite some time. Once I was looking at some paint there and made the comment that the same paint probably is less expensive at Ace hardware. The man said, Go There Then " Rudley". Then I called for a part yesterday and the woman on the phone was pissy and yelled at me on the phone saying I wasn't giving the right info, when in fact I gave her everything on the title that describes the vehicle in full. After being rudely yelled at, I hung up ! Then I called auto zone gave the exact same information about the vehicle and got the part I needed right away, cheaper. Carquest charges a lot more for co

This place is the best! The staff at auto zone saved the day on our first family camping trip! They helped me find what I needed (when I had no clue) and even helped put together a new wiring harness. We couldn’t have gotten the camper on the road without them:)

My dad stopped by needing a part for an urgent fix around 3:40 pm. He didn't realize they closed at 3 but the owner was mowing the lawn and hopped right off to ask what he needed and got us the part. Very nice of him and we greatly appreciated it!

Had a bunch of battery cores sitting around dropped them off today. Was a very easy process and was greeted by friendly guys behind the counter. Was a great experience all around.
